What data we collect

Information requests: name, email, company, phone and the message you send us.

Newsletter: email and topics of interest.

On every form: the IP address and browser (user agent) from which the request was sent.

What we use the data for

Answering requests and preparing proposals, based on your request and your consent.

Sending the newsletter, based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Protecting the site against abuse and spam and proving where each request came from, based on our legitimate interest. For this we keep the IP address and browser.

Who stores and processes the data

Information requests and newsletter sign-ups are stored in the leads service operated by AI Software.

Our team is told about new submissions by email. These emails contain the submitted data and are sent through our email provider, Resend.

How long we keep it

Submissions kept in our leads service are anonymised 24 months after they are received: name, email, phone, company, messages, IP address and browser are removed. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing, by writing to geral@aisoftware.pt. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, CNPD).
